Membership costs $74.95 per month (current special of $59.95) and is billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time.

How is my card charged?

Your card will be charged a recurring fee each month.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Absolutely. This is a month-to-month membership so you can cancel it at anytime.

Do you offer refunds?

Our membership is month-to-month so we don’t offer refunds because you can cancel at anytime and only be charged for that month. We have no hidden fees and no boilerplate contract verbiage. Just try it out and if you like it you pay one month at a time. Best of all, you have total control of your membership on your personal dashboard at anytime!

Do I have access to my account, billing history, and payment details?

Does it cost extra to access the member forum?

Can I invite non-members to participate in the forum discussion?

This is an exclusive, members-only forum so non-members cannot view or participate in any of the discussions.

Does Dr. Seedman really participate in the forum?

Affiliate Program

What is your affiliate program?

Our affiliate program is an easy way for you to make extra cash by referring your friends, family, and/or customers to our membership program. For each referral to our Daily Membership Program you’ll receive $10 per month (recurring commission) for the first 5 months, meaning you can make up to $50 for each referral. For example, for each referral that stays and pays for at least 30 days, you’ll receive $10 and you'll continue receiving $10 for each consecutive month the referral stays (for up to 5 months). Simply, you have the potential to make up to $50 per referral ($10 x 5 months). If your referral stays for only one month you’ll still get $10. If they stay 2 months, you’ll get $20, etc. It’s that easy!

How do I join your affiliate program?

How will I get paid out?

Payouts are made via PayPal and are done on the first week of each month, at least 30 days after the referred customer converted from a trial to a paid account. So if, for example, your referred customer upgrades from a trial to a paid account on January 1st, you'd be paid out the first week of February.

Can I refer myself?

Haha – we like the way you think – crafty and clever you are 😊 With that said, self-referrals are not allowed. The goal is to refer other people, not get a discount on your own account 😉 Never fear though, we’ve set up our affiliate program so you can easily make lots of money by referring anyone you like – so lots of ways to make easy cash!

What if I didn’t get credit for a referral?

Do I need to perform cardio at the same time as my workout?

There are three options for programming and executing the daily cardio routine. Firstly, one can choose to do the daily cardio workout at the end of one’s training session or at a completely separate time of the day - whatever is most conducive to your schedule. Secondly, if you've had an intense workout and feel depleted the cardio session can be skipped for the day. Simply, the cardio is optional. Finally, if you need a day off of weight training and are merely looking for a daily cardio session please you'll receive a unique cardio workout of the day that can be accessed in your member portal after signup.
