The routine addresses critical components for improving the golf swing, developing core power and stability, and maintaining healthy joints. Improve golf performance within weeks by (1) maximizing golf swing mechanics via addressing weaknesses, imbalances, strength deficits, asymmetry and instability and (2) eliminating pain, dysfunction, and inflammation associated with poor golf mechanics. This 6 day a week program can be performed from 3 to 6 days per week depending on your current training regime and can be used for at least 12-24 weeks.
